Scope
This policy describes ColombianCouples.cam, an affiliate directory operated by Scout Theory LLC. External platforms have separate privacy policies and independently determine how they process data.
Server logs
The web server may record IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser information and referring page for security, diagnostics and traffic management.
Analytics
Google Tag Manager is not loaded until the visitor accepts the adult-entry gate. After entry, analytics may record page views, room-card clicks, filters, outbound actions, device information and non-sensitive public room metadata. The site does not send analytics events before that entry confirmation.
Live-room API
The same-origin feed service requests live room data from approved external cam networks. The provider may receive the visitor’s IP address and request information and may geo-filter the returned rooms under its own policies.
Age-gate storage
The site stores a timestamped browser value indicating that the visitor confirmed adult status. The value expires after 30 days. It does not prove identity or legal age.
Favorites and recent rooms
Favorites, recently viewed rooms and last-seen indicators are stored locally in the browser. ColombianCouples.cam does not require an account for these features and does not receive a permanent favorites list. Clearing site data removes them.
Contact messages
Email messages are processed to respond to the sender. Do not send identity documents, passwords, financial information or intimate media.
Colombia Cam Index
The optional Colombia Cam Index collector stores aggregate snapshots such as room counts, status totals, HD percentages, language-field counts and broad city labels. It does not retain usernames, images, URLs, room subjects or performer-level histories.
External links and embeds
Opening a room, token page or application can transmit information to the external cam networks. Their cookies, accounts, payments and tracking are outside this site’s control.
Your choices
You can block local storage, analytics scripts or third-party content through browser controls, though some features may stop working. Contact admin@colombiancouples.cam about data associated directly with this site.
Security and retention
Reasonable measures are used, but no system is risk-free. Logs and correspondence should be retained only as long as operational, security and legal needs require.
Changes
This policy may be revised as the site, analytics setup or legal obligations change. The effective date is July 22, 2026.
